Ohio State Releases Women’s Basketball 2014-2015 Schedule

Although a tad incomplete, the Ohio State University released the women’s basketball schedule.

Season ticket holder and women’s basketball super fan Jeff Howell had this to say.

It’s difficult to determine the full extent of the schedule because Ohio State is still waiting on one contract from a non conference school before they release the full and final schedule. As far as the B1G schedule goes it looks fantastic and even tougher now with the addition of perennial WBB powerhouses, Maryland and Rutgers.  Having Hall of Fame coach C. Vivian Stringer and her Rutgers team coming to the Schott is going to be amazing! Going to be an exciting season with a young, hungry Lady Buckeye team.

Very happy with the upcoming slate

Very happy with the upcoming slate.

The really big event to kick off the season in the U.S. Virgin Islands, saw the Buckeyes invite fans to travel with them and there were some great packages available.

The true highlight of the B1G schedule is the addition of Maryland and Rutgers to make a tough conference, that much tougher.

The begin their conference slate on the road in one of the toughest places to play. Along the way they have the usual home and aways but only get Michigan State once, but it is at home February 2nd.

The Buckeyes led the conference in a landslide for home attendance last season and head coach Kevin McGuff believes the best dang fans in the land will bring it again!
